Goofy the Great Dane was adopted from Humane Society for Greater Nashua by Karen, an RN, and James, a firefighter, just this past November. Here’s what his parents have to say about their new addition. Thank you to Karen and James for your love and support for shelter pets!
Hanging out at home
“Thanks so much for your interest in Goofy’s story,” Karen says.
“We chose to adopt because we believe that plenty of great dogs exist in shelters.
This is definitely not our first pet. We have both adopted from shelters before. I went on petfinder.com and found Goofy’s stats and that he was at the local shelter. I didn’t know he came from Alabama until after I met him.” Judging by the photos, Goofy’s feeling quite at home up North and enjoying his new pug playmate
